Service Leader and Speaker: Kathleen Gaudet; Tech Support: Tony Fitzgerald

Kathleen will share her thoughts and experiences with the “Let Them” theory. We will discuss the recent bestseller of the same name by Mel Robbins and the poem that may have influenced the book. Finally, she will ask if this theory aligns with the principles of Unitarianism.

We are a lay-led congregation, and our members contribute their time and talent to our Sunday Services. This gives both the speaker and the congregation an opportunity to delve more deeply into a topic of interest related to UU values and principles. Some of these services are calls to action, others an invitation to reflect or meditate on spiritual questions, and still others an insight into humanitarian and social issues. Visit us at 874 York Street, or join us on Zoom: write to Office@UFF.ca to get the Sunday Service link.
