Contribution Guidelines for Fellowship Building Rentals
A fee reduction of approximately 25% will be offered to Registered Charities
Sanctuary
- Size: 29’-0” x 16’-6” (Alcove adjacent to Sanctuary in ‘L’ shaped room is 16’-0” x 15’-6”)
- Chairs and tables available: 80 comfortable stacking chairs and 14 sturdy, folding tables at 3’ x 6’. We ask that you use your own tablecloths.
- Lectern available (can be removed if not wanted)
- Piano cannot be moved or used without written permission.
- Large monitor for presentations, film screening, zoom, etc. Renter must use their own laptop computer and microphones. Please ask for computer stand and HDMI cable to be left in sanctuary for you if you do not have your own

Library

Kitchen
- Size: 20’-6” x 15’-0”
- Coffee makers, coffee urn, hot water urn, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, stove top, dishwasher, two sinks, glasses, cups & saucers, mugs, bowls, plates, platters, cutlery, serving tools, pitchers, power outlets so you can plug in your own crock-pot, etc.
- Please bring your own tablecloths & napkins and your own coffee, tea, cream & sugar, food, condiments, etc.
- We also ask that you NOT turn on the dishwasher. Please load the dishes that need to be cleaned. We will turn on the dishwasher later.
- The kitchen can be rented alone but more often is rented with the sanctuary or with the library or with both.

Boardroom
Notice: The boardroom has been rented for 2025. Please contact the Rentals and Bookings Administrator at rentals@uff.ca for more information.
- Size: 12’-0” x 16’-0”
- A quiet upstairs room for board or committee meetings - or a group working on a project they want to spread out on a table.
- If anticipating a long meeting, could be rented with the kitchen so you can go downstairs for a break.
- Could be rented with the sanctuary and library, if you want a quiet place for a few people to meet before a ceremony such as a wedding or memorial.

Children’s Room
- Size: 14’-0” x 23’-0”
- The Children’s Room is accessed via the staircase from the first to the second floor of the building.
- Renters wanting an open space have permission to move children’s materials and supplies to an adjoining storage room. The room must be restored to its previous condition after use.
- This room contains three windows, a window seat, a chalk board and proximity to two bathrooms.
- The window views are to York street and to the expansive side yard of the property.
