at 874 York Street and on Zoom
Speakers and Service Leaders: Decima Mitchell and Janet Crawford
Tech Support: Myron Hedderson
Sunday services committee co-chairs Janet and Decima look forward to hearing suggestions from the congregation for next season’s service topics. We are thrilled that Cherie will be joining us as third chair. We will also share what we have learned from Rev. Linda Thomson about crafting memorable Sunday Services.
This is the last service of our regular year, and will be followed by the Annual General Meeting of the Unitarian Fellowship of Fredericton.
During the summer, there will be informal summer services (often circle discussions) at 874 York Street. These summer services will be added to the list on the website and the Facebook page as information becomes available.
As Canadian Unitarian Universalists, we aspire to be:
Deeply Connected
Radically Inclusive
Actively Engaged
Theologically Alive
Spiritually Grounded
Our Sunday Services and other activities reflect our aspirations. As a lay-led congregation, the Sunday Services committee members are responsible for coordinating the program on Sunday mornings. They may ask members to speak on a topic they are passionate about, seek out community workers to discuss a social justice or humanitarian concern, invite an outside speaker to address a subject related to religion or spirituality, or arrange a visit from a minister.
