A Spiritual Journey

Over the last three months Joan Wellhauser and Cherie Quinn visited many places that inspire spirituality and they will take you on that journey with them. It was a personal journey of people/angels, places and thoughts.

Please join us at the Unitarian Fellowship of Fredericton, 874 York Street, at 10:30 am. No need to register; come in the door at the right side of the building and a greeter will meet you in the library. There is access to our Sanctuary, kitchen, library, washroom, etc. for those using wheelchairs and mobility devices. We ask you to respect our scent-free and smoke-free regulations. Our Sunday Services include the lighting of a chalice. The chalice and the flame it holds are a symbol of UU faith, representing the light of reason, the warmth of community, and the flame of hope. We take time to share our personal Joys and Sorrows before our weekly talk, which is given by members of our community like Joan and Cherie, or by invited guests who talk about subjects of relevance to UUs.

On Sunday, the children will be having a costume party. Free play for ghosts, black cats, princesses, and superheroes. Children, please wear your Halloween costumes! (Principle One) Children are invited to take part in a Time for All Ages in the Sanctuary before going up to their program. To find out more about our children’s program, email childrens_re@uff.ca.

Following the service, stay for coffee, cookies, and conversation. We’d love to hear more about you, answer your questions, or just offer you baked goods!

You may also join us on Zoom (password: coffee) for the service, introduce yourself in the chat, and take part in Joys and Sorrows.

There will be no Zoom Coffee Hour this Sunday, due to the monthly meeting of the UFF Board of Directors following the service.

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
