The Unitarian Fellowship of Fredericton will be presenting its “Sharing our Faith” service on April 5, 2026. Join us at 10:30 at 874 York Street or on Zoom. A team of members will present an interactive service from the CUC. We ask those that are ablet to make a donation to the Canadian Unitarian Council for a fund which provides grants to Unitarian churches across Canada. The Unitarian Fellowship of Fredericton has benefited from the generosity of donors to the Sharing of Faith program, just as we have contributed to important projects in other congregations.

This year’s Sharing Our Faith Service is entitled “Practicing Hope: Facing the Future with Gratitude, Imagination, Courage & Action.” Canadian Unitarians and UUs are faced with many pressures, internal and external. What practices will help us face the future together? Join us as we celebrate this year’s Sharing our Faith Sunday with a reader’s theatre-style service. Grief, gratitude, imagination, courage, and action will all have their say. Written by Rev. Karen Fraser Gitlitz. Based on the seven books discussed during “Canadian UUs Read” last fall.

Meanwhile, the children and youth will talk about Easter from multiple perspectives. Children will learn about the different secular, religious, and springtime traditions surrounding Easter, culminating in an Easter egg hunt. In case of inclement weather or a muddy yard, Aidan will ask the Easter Bunny to hide the eggs in the Children’s Room. (Principles Two and Eight)
